Withdrawals are processed within published timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification.
All promotional bonuses awarded by aga69 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are clearly distinguished from real-money funds in the IDR wallet interface. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or using VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aga69 login credentials. aga69 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. aga69 services may not be used for money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other illegal activity. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalised at the individual level are prohibited from registering. Accounts found in breach of these prohibitions will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
aga69's liability to any individual member is capped at the total net deposits made to the platform in the 12 months preceding any claim. aga69 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, player error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for each game and market type.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on aga69. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile telephone number registered in your name. You undertake to update this information promptly if any detail changes following registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. aga69 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact aga69 support immediately at [email protected] and request an emergency account freeze. aga69 will action emergency freeze requests within two hours of receipt during normal operating hours.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a 30-day cooling-off period.

All transactions are denominated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). aga69 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet channels are credited to a Member's IDR Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes during normal banking hours. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may experience processing delays attributable to the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. aga69 charges no platform fees on deposits.
Withdrawal requests to Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 2 hours during operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed from 07:00 WIB the following day.
aga69 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, aga69 will notify the Member via their registered email and may request additional documentation before the transaction is authorised or rejected.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins equivalent credits, and promotional offers made available by aga69 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example: a bonus of Rp 100.000 must be wagered to a total of Rp 1.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as Real Money. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
Each Member is entitled to claim each specific bonus only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer. aga69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel an active bonus at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member is abusing the offer, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will expire 30 days after the date of credit unless the specific promotion terms state a shorter or longer validity period. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation. Real Money Balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
Bonus Transparency: aga69 clearly distinguishes Bonus Funds from Real Money Balances within the IDR Wallet interface. At all times, Members can view the outstanding wagering requirement on any active bonus from the Account dashboard.
All sports bets placed on aga69 are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the relevant market page at the time the bet is placed. aga69 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Asian handicap markets, including voor bola (handicap betting lines widely used in Indonesian sports betting), and mix parlay (accumulator) betting are available subject to published minimum and maximum stake limits.
In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, or venue change materially affecting the result, aga69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's IDR Wallet.
All casino and live casino games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant studio (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). In the event of a technical fault during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the studio's published fault-resolution procedure. aga69 is not responsible for game interruptions attributable to a Member's internet connection or device.

Disputes submitted beyond this window will not be reviewed. aga69's settlement decisions, made in good faith in accordance with published rules, are final and binding.

aga69 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and transactions. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party KYC verification providers and payment processors is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfil those services.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
